Outside these times you may leave a message on our answer phone and we will return your call as soon as we can. Appointments Appointments may be made by telephoning the clinic during normal opening hours. We may ask for a deposit for treatments which require an hour or more - this can be paid over the telephone using a Credit or Debit card. The clinic has a policy of charging half of the treatment price for appointments which are not kept for any reason or for which less than 24 hours notice is given. Payment is accepted by cash, cheque, or the usual cards.
